Mervi Leikas.

I have built and developed my professional career through various brave changes. My strongest skills lie in business development and change projects, personal coaching and modern HR work.

After operating for over ten years in the Finnish management team of a global company and as a member of the Baltic Operations Board of Directors, I will be glad to spar with management and supervisors and help new leaders develop their career.

In diverse HR roles, I was responsible for the work, development and well-being of over 3000 people at the same time. We managed to create innovative service models for businesses, to create an attractive employer brand and to develop the best practices to support independent self-directing.

Our company makes successful change projects, the duration of which varies from 3 to 12 months, depending on the extent of the change. We support the management and the staff in recognizing the needs for change, and make them a reality together.

In our customized programme, we combine developing the company’s ability to change, personal coaching, training management and supervisors, we are basically planning, implementing and following the success of the change all the way to the follow-up.

I believe in ‘realizationing’ and making use of all strengths. Leadership is a service occupation, which is done through cooperation.
